VOLUNTEERS
Under the leadership of the President and Vice President of Books and Bridges, Inc., student volunteers read books to elementary schools, plan interactive activities, and coordinate reading times with elementary teachers.
LEADING VOLUNTEERS
Irene Mandile is a reading coordinator for Books and Bridges, Inc. She believes that discussing women in leadership positions is important for developing confidence in young girls. Outside of Books and Bridges, Inc., she loves to play hockey, paint, and read. Irene has been an instrumental part of Books and Bridges, and has both coordinated reading times and read to many classrooms.
Ann Marie Mandile is a reading coordinator for Books and Bridges, Inc. She believes that teaching elementary students about women in leadership roles is essential for the success of future generations. In her spare time, Ann loves to read and write, and hopes to inspire young girls to achieve the impossible. Ann has shown excellent compassion and dedication since joining Books and Bridges, Inc.
